Strength:

  • Back Squats (max reps in 3 minutes BW/75% BW)

WOD:

  • 400 m run (outside lap of school)
  • 10 Deadlifts  185/135
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 30 Wall Balls 20/14
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 50 Double Unders (or 3 trips up main staircase to the top)
  • 40 Push ups
  • 30 Knees to elbows (or knees up)
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans 115/65
  • 400 m run

Finisher:

  • spend 5 minutes working up to a heavy dumbbell snatch from the ground for each hand
