Strength:

  • Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
    2 Front Squats at 85% on the even minutes
    3 Back Squats on the odd minutes

M:et-Con WOD:

  • 15 Power Snatch 75/45 lbs
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 35 KB Swings
  • 45 Double unders (or 220 single skips)
  • 35 Sit ups
  • 25 Pull ups
  • 15 Clean and Jerks 115/65 lbs

then:

  • 30 Air Squats
  • 20 Wall Ball 20/14lbs
  • 10 Box Jumps 24/20 “
  • 5 Sumo Deadlift Highpull 95/65 lbs
