BUY IN : DEADLIFT – 5 sets of 3 reps adding weight each set up to a 3 rep MAX.

WOD Option 1:

Deadlifts  @ Bodyweight

Pull Ups

Wall Ball 20/14 lbs

Toes to Bar

 Reps of 12-10-8-6-4-2

REST 30 SECONDS BETWEEEN EACH ROUND

12 reps of everything

REST 30 seconds

10 reps of everything

REST 30 seconds

8 reps of everything

etc.

CASH OUT : 100 Sit ups for time

or:

WOD #2:

Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14 lbs

Hand Release Push Ups

Pendlay Rows 115/80 lbs

Floor Wipers 115/80 lbs

Reps of 10 – 1

i.e. 10 of each, 9 of each , 8 of each, 7 of each etc…
