  • Yes, folks, this is the WOD for tonight!
  • You may do the Strength WOD first if you wish:
  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Deadlift @ 75%, 80% and 85%
  • We will warm up first, and then in a wave start pattern with three people working at a time, we will complete this workout.
  • This is an excellent way to gauge progress, and it serves as a great way to start off the new year!
