  • 3 sets of 5 reps @ 70%, 75% and 80% of Max

Met-Con WOD:

Quarter Gone Bad”

Complete four rounds of the following: there is a 1 minute rest between rounds

  • 95#/55# Push Press, max reps in 15 seconds
  • Rest 45 seconds
  • Burpees (or Sqat Thrusts), max reps in 15 seconds
  • Rest 45 seconds
  • Pull-ups (or back rows), max reps in 15 seconds
  • Rest 45 seconds
  • 45#/25# DB Hang Squat Clean, max reps in 15 seconds
  • Rest 1 minute
