SKILLS:

  • clean and jerk
  • rowing machine
  • back rows/Pendlay rows
  • tabata

WOD:

  • Shoulder press 3 sets of 3
  • Push press 3 sets of 3
  • Push Jerks 3 sets of 3

then:

  • 3 rounds:
  • 5 Clean and Jerks
  • 10 back rows
  • 15 sit ups

then:

tabata one of the following:

  • air squats
  • rowing machine
  • Airdyne bike
