  • Day 3 of Paleo
  • In teams of 2, with 1 person working at a time, complete the following for time:
    80 Push-ups
    80 Sit-ups
    80 Overhead Squats
    80 Jumping Jacks
    80 Pull-ups
    80 Double-unders
    80 Push Press

    80 Jumping Jacks

    then:

    • run around St. Marys school block
    • finish with 10 slam balls
    • find your maximumu TGU
